Product Variants

  • Each piece of rpj concrete jewellery is cast and made by hand which means there WILL be subtle variations in the colour, texture and shape of all products produced.

  • I aim to make the products as similar as possible to the picture provided but due to the nature of the work, the piece you receive will NOT be exactly the same.
    - however, I do believe that it is these little differences that help make each piece of rpj jewellery unique and one of a kind.

Ring Sizing

  • The Ring Sizing guide on my website is NOT an accurate way of sizing a finger and should not be used for a true measurement. This is a rough guide only.

  • If you order a ring that turns out to be the wrong size don’t worry, please drop me an email via the Contact Page and I will see what i can do. Returns Policies still apply in this scenario, please read bellow.

Delivery Policy

  • PLEASE NOTE: I am a one women team and I only do my jewellery part time, therefore I CANNOT guarantee next day delivery, however, I will do my best to get it to you as soon as possible.

  • IF IN STOCK - Within the UK: Items are sent First Class, Signed for via Royal Mail so please allow approximately 3 - 4 working days for delivery from the date of purchase. These times could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Outside the UK: Items are sent International First Class, Signed for via Royal Mail so please allow approximately 7 - 10 working days for delivery from the date of purchase. These times could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • MADE TO ORDER - Some of the pieces are made to order, in these cases please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery from date of purchase. These times could be sooner or subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me for more details.

  • Once your item is in the post you will be sent a shipping notification email which will contain your orders tracking number so you can keep an eye on its movements.

  • These delivery times are subject to change, if a product is going to take longer than the times stated above you will be notified via email. If your product is delayed and this becomes an inconvenience to you, you are entitled to cancel your order and will be issued a full refund.

Returns and Refund Policy

  • I really hope you are happy with your purchase however if you have any problems o questions regarding your order I will do my very best to make it right.

  • If requesting a repair, replacement, return or refund a notification of this must be received within 30 days of your purchase. To notify me please contact me via the Contact Page and further instruction will be given depending on your request.

  • Refunds for faulty items are subject to the faulty item being returned to rpj’s studio. A refund including postage costs will be given once the item is received and established as faulty and not damaged due to miss treatment.

  • If you change your mind and with to return it for a refund this is subject to the item being returned to rpj’s studio in an unworn, re-saleable condition. Once this is established a refund will be issued, however postage costs cannot be refunded in this instance.

  • A refund is for the value of the item purchased, unfortunately we cannot refund the postage costs, except in instances of faulty items.

  • A refund can only be issued to the same card that was used when purchasing.

 Availability

  • All items in our Shop are subject to availability.

  • Stock levels are monitored manually on a daily basis however should an item become out of stock after you've placed your order we will refund you within 7 days or notify you of the next available delivery date.

  • Some of our pieces are made to order, in these cases please allow 4 - 6 weeks from date of purchase.

  • If you wish to purchase an out of stock item just drop me an email via the Contact Page with the details of the order and we can put one into production for you. Please note that making a piece from scratch takes approximately 4 - 6.

Bespoke Orders

  • For all bespoke enquiries please get in touch via our Contact Page.

  • Please note bespoke orders could take considerably longer, an estimated time will be negotiated depending on the brief.

  • Prices for bespoke orders will be established once a design has been settled on.

  • once a bespoke design has been confirmed a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be taken in order to create the bespoke order.

  • Once the order is complete and you are happy with it, you will be expected to pay the remaining 50% within 10 working days.

  • Once the full payment is received the bespoke order will be posted to you. See our Delivery Policy above for more details.

EMAIL NEWSLETTER

Under the GDPR we use the consent lawful basis for anyone subscribing to our newsletter or marketing mailing list. Any email marketing messages we send are done so through an Electronic Marketing Service (EMS) provider. An EMS is a third party service provider of software/applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users. Our EMS provider is 'Mailchimp' and we use them to hold the following information about you:

  • Subscription time & date

Any email marketing messages we send to you through Mailchimp are done so in accordance with the GDPR and the PECR. Any and all of our marketing messages will include instructions on how to unsubscribe and/or manage your preferences/the information we hold about you.

Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons/tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. Such data, within its limitations will show the activity each subscriber made for that email campaign.

No personal details are passed on to third parties nor shared with companies/people outside of Rhiannon Palmer. Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you may request a copy of personal information held about you by this website/Rhiannon Palmer's email newsletter program.
